We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented sales executive to join our team. The primary role will be visiting retail shops, forging relationships with shop owners/managers, and driving sales of our products/services. The candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting daily visits to retail shops and businesses within assigned territories.
2. Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
3. Building and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
4. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
5. Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
6. Monitoring competitors' activities and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
7. Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Submitting daily/weekly reports on sales activities, leads, and prospects.
9. Negotiating with clients on pricing, product selection, and delivery terms.
10. Collecting payments and ensuring timely invoicing.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or in a similar sales role.
2. Strong field sales experience, particularly in direct, shop-to-shop sales.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,50,000 /year
