Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify new leads via referrals, social media, and networking events. Schedule property viewings and meetings.
2. Client Management: Build lasting relationships by understanding client's needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate property prices, and terms, and assist with paperwork for smooth transactions.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
5. Administrative Support: Maintain client records, track sales, and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital sales.
2. Strong knowledge of digital markets and trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 20,000 /year
