As PRL expands its operations, we are looking for passionate and driven sales executives to join our team and help us grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the logistics sector, utilizing various lead generation strategies.
2. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Sales presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations of PRL's services to potential clients.
4. Market research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
5. Sales strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.
7. Customer service: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
8. Lead generation & cold calling:
a. Generate leads and identify business opportunities in the transportation and logistics space.
b. Cold call potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on prospects.
9. Client onboarding & relationship building:
a. Onboard transporters, MSMEs, and vendors to our digital platform.
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration.
10. Sales pitch & negotiation:
a. Deliver compelling sales pitches to explain the value proposition of Hault.
b. Negotiate terms with clients and handle objections or queries.
11. Reporting & feedback:
a. Report progress, challenges, and successes to the team.
b. Provide client feedback to improve the platform.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
