About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
2. Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
3. Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
4. Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
5. Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
6. Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
7. Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
8. Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
9. Taking part in team meetings.

Sales Executive Requirements:

1. Graduation / Diploma in business management or relevant field.
2. At Least 1 year of experience in sales.
3. Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
4. Brilliant presentation skills.
5. Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving.
6. Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
7. Experience and proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales software.
