Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and regularly follow up on assigned leads
2. Build strong relationships and trust with customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products
3. Sell memberships over the phone and achieve targeted sales numbers and value while maintaining quality standards
4. Explain product features in detail and guide customers on how to use the packages
5. Understand customer requirements and encourage them to upgrade or renew matrimony packages
6. Address customer issues and grievances to provide an excellent customer experience
7. Capture insights from customer interactions and share them with the internal team
8. Strictly adhere to process requirements
