2. Client consultation & relationship management:
a. Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property options.
b. Advise clients on property values, market trends, financing options, and legal requirements.
c. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Property sales & negotiations:
a. Present properties to clients, conduct property tours and highlight key features.
b. Negotiate the terms of sale, including price, contract conditions, and closing dates.
c. Facilitate offers and counter-offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all transactions are smooth.
4. Documentation & contracts:
a. Assist clients with paperwork related to property transactions.
b. Ensure all legal and contractual documents are properly completed and processed.
c. Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to finalize deals.
5. Market awareness & reporting:
a. Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
b. Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights to senior management.
c. Analyse customer feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings.
6. Collaboration & team support:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
b. Collaborate with other sales executives and departments to share best practices and increase team success.
