We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Sales and Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through effective telecalling and customer engagement strategies in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation and telecalling:
a. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce IT products and services.
b. Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information.
c. Identify and qualify potential leads, maintaining an active pipeline of prospects.
d. Schedule and set up meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
2. Sales management:
a. Drive sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
b. Promote and upsell IT solutions, software, and services to existing clients.
c. Understand clients' needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
d. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
3. Customer relationship management:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
b. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
c. Address client queries and ensure smooth communication between clients and the technical team.
4. Product knowledge:
a. Stay updated on the company's IT products, services, and industry trends.
b. Provide clients with up-to-date information on product developments and new offerings.
5. Reporting and analytics:
a. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and call activities.
b. Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales strategies.

1. Proven experience in IT sales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably 1-3 years).
2. Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and the technology industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle high-volume calls with a focus on closing sales.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Bachelor's degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
