About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and develop a bank of investment clients (B2C only).
2. Manage and support a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusting relationships as well as maintaining continued strong communication with a personalized advisory approach.
3. Build continuous AUM (assets under management) by identifying current personal financial needs as well as discovering other financial opportunities and advising on findings.
4. Conduct in-depth reviews to identify the personal and financial needs of our clients and deliver tailored advice to your clients.
5. Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing.
6. Gather information continuously to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the client.
7. Analyze markets globally and the client's situation to pick the correct products and services for those client's needs.
8. Advise on a full range of products and services that can be offered.
9. Provide individualized advice on personal wealth across lump sum investments & SIP in mutual funds, fixed-income products, regular savings plans, portfolio planning, insurance, and PMS among others.
10. Handle general administrative duties as required by the role.

Skills & qualifications:

1. You must have a NISM Series VA mutual funds distribution certificate.

2. You should be service-focused and possess strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

3. You should have previous experience managing high-net-worth clients (desirable but not essential).

4. You should have an understanding of mutual fund investments. Market outlook and financial products are highly advantageous.

5. You must be a trustworthy and professional team player focused on delivering quality service.

6. You should demonstrate sound judgment skills for analyzing investment risks.

7. You should have a proven sales track record in financial/private advisory.

8. You must have ambition and a strong work ethic driven by success.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
