Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist walk-in clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions, while promoting services and packages.
2. Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, offering detailed information on services, offers, and discounts.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Assist with scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
5. Ensure the retail center is well-maintained, client-friendly, and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
