Key responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients in the defense and B2B sectors through thorough market research and analysis
Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their custom apparel and merchandise needs
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions

Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our custom apparel and merchandise offerings, staying updated on industry trends and innovations
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our custom solutions

Customization Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their branding, messaging, and design preferences for custom apparel and merchandise
Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met and exceeded

Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare detailed and competitive proposals, highlighting the unique value propositions of our custom solutions
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track progress, identify opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market

Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients on our products and services to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to address any challenges and enhance the overall customer experience
