About the job

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and account management, and a deep understanding of the control panel manufacturing industry. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at the control panel manufacturing company.
2. Act as the main point of contact for the client, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
3. Understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align company solutions to meet their needs.
4. Proactively identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell company products and services to the client.

b. Account Management:
1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from the client account.
2. Monitor and track key account metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and project timelines.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to the client.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with the client, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

c. Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the control panel manufacturing industry, including trends, technologies, and competitors.
2. Stay updated on the client's product offerings and developments within the industry.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to the client based on market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the control panel manufacturing industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
