We are looking for a motivated sales executive to promote and sell books to schools and retail outlets in Delhi NCR. This is a field-based role that involves daily visits to clients, building relationships, and ensuring business growth in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit pre Schools, Primary Schools or Senior Secondary Schools daily to generate leads and sales.
2. Build and maintain relationships with school decision-makers and retail outlets.
3. Explain product details, share samples, and secure sales orders.
4. Follow up with clients for repeat orders and timely payments.
5. Record daily visits and sales reports using the company's mobile app.
6. Monitor market trends and competitors, and share feedback with management.
7. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely product delivery.
8. Submit a monthly itinerary covering planned areas for visits.
Area: Faridabad, Delhi [East, West, North, South Zones], Ghaziabad, Noida.
1. Freshers are welcome.
2. Candidates living far from the office or assigned areas can work directly from the field (daily office visits are not mandatory).
3. Part-time opportunities are also available.
4. Required skills:
a. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
b. Ability to work independently in the field.
c. Proficiency in using mobile apps for reporting.
d. Fluency in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
5. Qualifications:
a. Minimum 12th passed (graduation preferred).
b.Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
