Who can apply
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and English or Hindi is preferred.
2. Marketing & Business Development: Ability to engage in field marketing and generate business in the open market.
3. Loan Product Handling: Experience in handling MSME Loans (Secured), Business Loans (Secured), or Commercial LAP. A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in any of these products is required.
4. Finance Knowledge: Basic financial understanding is necessary, including analyzing bank statements, profit and loss statements, and identifying company turnover.
5. Customer Handling: Ability to manage and cater to high-profile target customers.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,60,000 - 5,15,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /year
