Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with the clients via email, chat, and telephone and understand their requirements.
2. Follow up with registered users and understand their requirements.
3. Explain to clients about our publishing process and help them choose the right publishing package.
4. Cross-sell additional services to our existing clients.
5. Interact with clients/authors to help them understand our publishing process and close deals.
6. Discuss with prospective clients/authors about their requirements and offer services based on their requirements.
7. Professionally manage leads by using CRM tools to streamline sales processes.
