Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve the sales target for the territory
2. Assist the corporate head in identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options
3. Execute the sales strategies to reach out to the targeted customers and maximize the conversion
4. Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; maximizing the conversion
5. Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
6. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
7. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
8. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
9. Deal with all issues that arise from customers
