1. Conduct in-depth research on inquiries, and prepare techno-commercial offers.
2. Maintain offer register and follow-up for submitted offers on timely basis
3. Provide pre and post order documentation support.
4. Check Purchase order according to offer and submit order acceptance
5. SO booking of the order received and coordinate with purchase team for order placements and further with execution team for timely dispatch of material as per committed dates.
6. Regularly review of pending orders list to make sure that we meet the committed delivery dates , In case of delays escalation to be made to respective team leader.
7. Coordinate with accounts team for ABG/PBG whenever required.
8. Submit proforma Invoice to customer and follow-up for payment In case of advance payments and In case of credit follow-up with customer for payment when the payments are due.
9. Plan weekly executions and provide the weekly planning to dispatch team.
