Key Responsibilities:

2. Client Engagement: Offer personalized advice via email, chat, phone, and in-person at exhibitions and events.
3. Educate: Share the spiritual significance and benefits of different Rudraksha varieties.
4. Global Representation: Represent the company at international exhibitions and events, promoting our products and services.
5. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Rudraksha varieties and spiritual practices to provide the most accurate and relevant advice.
6. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
1. Strong interest or background in spiritual practices, particularly with Rudraksha beads.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. An empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions.
4. Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions and events (travel expenses covered).
5. Previous experience in spiritual counseling or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
7. Preference for candidates based in Mumbai.
