We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role focuses on converting leads generated by our marketing department for AWS and Zoho services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, performing cross-selling, executing reference sales, and managing renewal sales based on the leads provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact and engage leads generated by the marketing department for both AWS and Zoho products.
2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive conversions.
3. Develop strong relationships with leads to foster trust and encourage sales.
4. Perform cross-selling and reference selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
5. Conduct renewal sales to retain existing customers and ensure continued satisfaction.
6. Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records of sales generated, customers converted from leads, and customers retained during renewals in the CRM.
7. Coordinate with the Accounts Department for billing support to ensure seamless transactions.
8. Collaborate with the Technical Department for implementation support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies based on feedback and results.
10. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
11. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Who can apply

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in software or technology sectors.

3. Familiarity with AWS and Zoho products is a plus.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and results.

7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
