Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle calls on leads generated
2. Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions
3. Regular follow-ups with potential customer
4. Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary
5. Handle any operations-related activities that may be required
6. Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels
7. Generate relevant reports from the same
8. Analyse the quality of calls and strive for improvement
9. Preparing of daily reports and maintaining of daily data

Requirements:

1. Graduation/HSC with relevant experience
2. Great customer service skills, should able to tackle and answer all the queries
3. Must have excellent coordination skills, reading and writing skills
4. Should have great convincing skills
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
6. Strong problem solving, prioritizing skills and analytical skills
7. Ability to remain calm under pressure
