Stellar Aesthetics, a leading healthcare cosmetology chain, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key client relationships with provided leads. If you have a track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, we invite you to be part of our organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with provided leads
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
4. Mentor and guide other sales team members, providing support to enhance their performance
5. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring the successful closure of deals
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales strategies
8. Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to the management team
9. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and represent Stellar Aesthetics both nationally and Internationally

Other requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is not mandatory but preferred

2. Proficiency in using CRM software, and MS Office Suite including Excel and other relevant sales tools

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

4. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

5. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

7. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry, with a focus on key account management

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
