As a sales coordinator at Bajaj Processpack Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare sales presentations and proposals. Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management. Handle customer inquiries by providing product information and follow-up support with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure the closure of sales leads into orders through collaborative efforts with the field sales and technical support team.
2. Customer relationship management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and tracked. Foster strong relationships with key clients by delivering exceptional customer service and support. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
3. Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the food processing industry. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to support the sales team in strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing a customer-centric approach.
