Business Development Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive the lead generation process to ensure a full sales funnel of hot leads
2. Maximize sales funnel efficiency using effective communication and outreach activities
3. Create and manage cold email and account-based marketing campaigns on Apollo
4. Use Apollo to identify prospects that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
5. Connect with prospects via email campaigns and LinkedIn
6. Maintain an updated ICP using campaign data, market research data, and experience
7. Craft hyper-personalized email and message copies for outreach activities
8. Conduct online research to optimize outreach activities
9. Create and run targeted social media campaigns to boost engagement
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the lead generation process
11. Qualify leads and schedule meetings and calls with the sales team
12. Participate in regular training sessions and webinars to enhance sales skills and knowledge
13. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Requirements:

1. Hold an MBA or a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
2. Possess at least 2 years of experience in a lead generation role
3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and experience using Apollo.io for email campaigns and prospecting
4. Exhibit strong skills in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach
5. Be self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results
