Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
2. Engage with leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our offerings.
3. Understanding and being able to explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the products or services offered.
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
5. Preparing and submitting timely reports on call activity, customer interactions, and outcomes.
