Key responsibilities:
1. Client acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
2. Product knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our mutual fund and insurance offerings, staying updated on market trends and regulations.
3. Sales presentations: Conduct informative presentations and meetings to educate clients about the benefits of our products.
4. Relationship management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Sales targets: Meet and exceed sales goals for both mutual funds and insurance products.
6. Market research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
7. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on financial services, mutual funds, or insurance preferred.
3. Strong understanding of mutual funds and insurance products.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM, IRDA) are a plus.
