About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in the US market, primarily focusing on B2B IT solutions and services.
2. Sales Calls & Meetings: Conduct high-level sales calls and meetings with US-based clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
4. CRM Management: Maintain and update client information, sales pipeline, and track progress in the CRM system.
5. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
6. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
7. Experience: Minimum of 6 months in B2B IT Sales, specifically in selling IT services or solutions.
8. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
9. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and effectively close sales.
10. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing IT services and solutions in-depth and keeping up with evolving technology trends.
11. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets and personal performance.
12. Team Player: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client solutions.
13. Immediate Joiner Preferred: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately
