Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with walk-in visitors, providing information about our programs and guiding them through the admissions process.
2. Assess and qualify potential students based on their educational background, interests, and career goals.
3. Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and career prospects to prospective students.
4. Assist applicants in completing the admission forms and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
5. Conduct interviews and counseling sessions to understand the aspirations of prospective students and guide them toward suitable programs.
6. Work closely with academic departments to stay updated on course details, faculty expertise, and any changes in admission criteria.
7. Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
8. Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure alignment in efforts to attract and convert prospective students.
9. Meet and exceed individual and team-based admissions targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
