Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation & qualification: Reach out to potential leads through cold calling, following up on inquiries, and handling inbound calls. Gather detailed information about their needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
2. Requirement gathering: Engage with leads to understand their requirements and provide accurate information about our products/services. Identify opportunities where our offerings can meet their needs.
3. Sales conversion: Persuasively present our solutions to leads and handle objections. Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers and achieve monthly targets.
4. CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system. Track lead progress and update information as needed.
5. Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales metrics to the sales manager.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights on lead behavior and market trends.
7. Customer service: Offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for potential clients.
