Key Responsibilities:
1. Generation of Leads using Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn, etc
2. Research & Find data of HR Leads online & run mass-mailing campaigns
3. Evaluate & Assess clients who may require our services & interact with them to explain our scope of services
4. Schedule physical/virtual meetings with prospective clients
5. Research & attend social gatherings like seminars, HR events, Corporate Exhibitions, and Business networking events in order to meet prospective business owners & HR Professionals to generate leads.
6. Research & meet professionals like Chartered Accountant Firms, Law firms, Payroll Companies & Co. Secretaries for networking, promotion & Strategic Tie-ups.
7. Exploring any other avenues of finding prospective clients
Desired Candidate Profile - Excellent fluency in spoken & written English, preferably having work experience in the service industry or B2B profile or Events Industry/Real Estate Sales.
Work Experience - Any Graduate Fresher or 1 year experience.
Working days: Monday-Saturday except the last Saturday of every month
Working hours: 09:30 am - 6:00 pm
