About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Event management: Organize and manage weekly open mic events and workshops. Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and scheduling. Ensure a smooth and engaging experience for participants
2. Promotions and marketing: Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract a larger audience to events. Utilize social media, local partnerships, and other channels to promote workshops and open mic sessions. Create and distribute promotional materials to increase awareness
3. Store operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the store. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Supervise store staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
4. Offline deals and partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with music schools and educational institutions. Negotiate and finalize offline deals to increase instrument sales. Collaborate with external organizations to promote joint events or initiatives
5. Sales management: Sell musical instruments and related products to customers. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with potential buyers. Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
