Corporate Sales Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strong sales strategy to generate leads and close deals
2. Identify potential clients in the spiritual niche and business sector and create outreach plans
3. Set clear sales targets, track performance, and optimize the sales process to maximize revenue
4. Hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives
5. Set individual and team sales goals, ensuring targets are met
6. Provide coaching, motivation, and ongoing sales training to improve performance
7. Build and manage a sales pipeline using organic and paid strategies
8. Oversee lead generation through cold calling, social media, networking, and referrals
9. Optimize sales scripts, follow-up processes, and closing techniques
10. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and referrals
11. Understand client needs and present Pluto Media House's services as tailored solutions
12. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
13. Track and analyze sales performance, team productivity, and revenue growth
14. Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies
15. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales approaches

Requirements:

1. 3-5+ years of experience in sales and business development (preferably in media, marketing, or service-based industries)
2. 1-2 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
4. Experience in high-ticket sales and client acquisition
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
6. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales automation is a plus
