Corporate Sales Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Appoint New Distributors to develop new markets for sales.
2. Educate Distributors and retailers about our new products, prices, innovations, etc.
3. Promote and nurture relationships with current and potential customers.
4. Train and guide the sales team of Sales Officers and Sales Representatives to achieve their targets and upgrade their skills.
5. Take independent decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for your direct team members.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry with a minimum of three years of experience at the Supervisor level.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
3. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
