Key Responsibilities:e

1. Engage with clients and potential customers via social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to generate leads and drive sales.
2. Handle client inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations and identify sales opportunities.
4. Create and maintain a positive online presence for our brand through proactive customer engagement.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that promote products and services effectively.
6. Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on social media activities and sales performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
8. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and social media interactions.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting social media analytics and metrics.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

8. Experience with CRM software and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
