Key responsibilities:

1. Managing sales.

7. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
8. Actively participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
12. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
13. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and foster a positive working environment.
