About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting financial seminar-workshop
2. Leads generation & business development for private wealth HNI New Clients
3. Team management, leading from the front, hungry for sales, speed career growth & leadership-making team successful
4. Present financial plan to customer independently and lead team
5. Do Risk Profiling & Risk management for HNI & UHNI Clients
6. Creating a comprehensive financial plan for clients & help them achieve their goals
7. Should create new strategies for business development
8. Do upsell/cross-sell financial products or any alternative products
9. Monitor, review, and send minutes of meetings after each meeting
10. Hungry for Heavy Incentives apart from salary
