About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Proactively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
3. Present and explain the features and benefits of our products and services to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals to potential clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis, consistently striving to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace
7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline management
9. Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training, professional development, and staying informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

1. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients

3. In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including but not limited to investments, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management

4. Ability to understand and analyze clients financial needs and recommend suitable solutions

5. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

6. Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals

7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct

9. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
