Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to leads via various channels to introduce institute programs
2. Assess student needs and recommend appropriate courses
3. Organize trial classes based on student preferences
4. Confirm trial class attendance and provide reminders
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrolments
6. Provide regular sales performance reports to management
7. Demonstrate institute benefits to prospective students to drive enrolment
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activity for growth opportunities
9. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize sales efforts
