Key responsibilities:

5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to memberships, facilities, and programs.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement targeted outreach and promotional campaigns.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
8. Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team.
9. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, supporting them in achieving their individual and team objectives.
