Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Gifting Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the corporate gifting division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate gifting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in corporate gifting.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored gifting solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to develop compelling gifting proposals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, or related industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
4. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering value-added solutions.
5. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
