Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients and generate new business opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the industry
5. Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive overall business success
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve sales strategies
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base
Note:
1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25000 CTC to Rs. 33000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth
