About Costbo
Costbo, a leading Seller Network Participant in the ONDC ecosystem, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Lead. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing deals with medium to E-commerce businesses. As an independent contributor, you will own the full sales cycle, leveraging your expertise in email marketing, cold calling, CRM and Relationship building to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and build rapport with key decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
2. Develop tailored sales strategies that address client pain points and align with Costbo's value proposition within the ONDC ecosystem.
3. Proactively reach out to potential clients through Linkedin, Cold calling, Emails and WhatsApp channels
4. Schedule qualified meetings and demos with key stakeholders, follow up, and close the deals.
5. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
6. Identify and address client needs proactively to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
7. Secure repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:
2. 3+ years of proven success in inside sales, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
3. Demonstrated experience closing deals with Medium to large E-commerce clients.
4. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
5. Experience in the ONDC ecosystem or e-commerce is a recommended for selection.
