Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential clients from provided leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
2. Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients, providing comprehensive tours and highlighting key features of the properties
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
4. Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective clients
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
6. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients
