Corporate Sales Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound sales calls to prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and provide information about products or services to generate interest
2. Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs effectively; provide guidance and advice to potential customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions while utilizing a script
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions or objections they may have
4. Close sales deals by actively engaging customers, overcoming objections, and using persuasive techniques to secure commitments
5. Accurately record and update customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system (LeadSquared)
6. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
7. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in telesales/inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in an accounting services company
2. Experience with cold calling
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
5. Coachable
6. Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships
7. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently
9. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
10. Good time management and organizational skills
11. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
12. Bachelor's degree preferred
