About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to all incoming leads/inquiries for our services by email, chat, WhatsApp, and over the phone.
2. Focus on developing a sales pipeline and achieving customer acquisition & sales targets.
3. Maintain all customer interaction/transaction details in our Zoho CRM.
4. Meet customer acquisition and retention targets. Meet assigned sales targets (renewals/cross sales/up sales/reference sales/new sales).

1. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales/account management/business development responsibility in a technology/ IT/software company of repute.
2. Should be a graduate in any field.
3. Should have excellent communication skills in English
4. Should love interacting with customers, be a good listener, and assist customers in meeting their requirements.
5. Should be career-focused and ambitious in life

6. BMS/PGDM/MBA graduate 2022 - 2024 pass-outs will be preferred.

7. Minimum 60% marks all years from 10th till Graduation/PG. No gap year. No AT/KT.
