Key responsibilities:

1. Work on client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
2. Work on negotiation: Negotiate terms, and prices with buyers.
3. Provide client support: Respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat, providing details about available plots and services.
4. Work on lead qualification: Assess potential leads, gather initial information, and direct serious buyers to sales agents.
5. Handle follow-ups: Manage follow-ups with interested clients, keeping them informed of available properties, deals, and appointments.
6. Work on compliance oversight: Ensure all sales processes follow regulatory guidelines and maintain quality standards.
7. Handle scheduling: Arrange client meetings and site visits.
