What You'll Do:

Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, and social media).
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with offerings.

Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and track progress in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion rates.

Relationship Building:
- Engage with potential clients (recruiters and companies) to understand their hiring needs.
- Clearly communicate the value of the platform and services to solve their challenges.

Collaboration & Feedback:
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to improve our products and strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach campaigns and messaging.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role or B2B sales.
- Communication Skills: You're confident, persuasive, and excellent at conveying ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Proactive Mindset: You're self-motivated, goal-driven, and not afraid to take initiative.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Team Player: You work well with others and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Availability: You're based in Pune and ready to join immediately.
