Cost Estimation Interior Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Expense Management: Accurately manage and examine project expenses, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
2. Project Scheduling: Prepare and maintain project schedules, develop and track project budgets, and identify areas for cost savings.
3. Budget Analysis: Analyze budget requirements, document and update project details, and adhere to timelines.
4. BOQ Preparation: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) by calculating quantities, inserting prices, and making accurate estimates.
5. Risk Mitigation: Assess and mitigate potential risks related to project costs, identify cost drivers, and implement strategies to minimize cost overruns.
6. Furniture Costing: Collate all details and finishes for interior projects, including costs for wardrobes, kitchens, and loose furniture.
