Counselor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make inbound and outbound calls to potential clients
2. Counsel and convert inquiries into admissions
3. Follow up with leads until closure
4. Achieve sales targets by effectively managing leads
5. Follow up with students through emails, phone calls, and messages
6. Conduct cold calling to generate new leads
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
8. Adhere to systems, processes, and procedures as per the established criteria

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with proficiency in English
3. Strong sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
4. Outgoing, positive demeanor with a passion to learn and grow
5. Team player, maintaining good relationships within the ecosystem
