Your primary responsibilities involve achieving and exceeding enrolment targets.
Key responsibiliites:
1. Lead Follow Up and Conversion: Engage with inbound leads primarily through phone calls, in-person counseling sessions, and emails to maximize conversions
2. Post-Enrolment Support: Assist enrolled students, including onboarding, study material dispatch, and collecting feedback
3. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the organization to enhance student satisfaction and ensure a positive experience
4. Maintaining and updating lead data in CRM system & Excel
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Experience in a similar roles in test-prep industry
2. An understanding of the UPSC Civil Service Examination
3. Polished and persuasive communication skills in English and Hindi
4. An understanding of educative sales techniques
