Course Advisor/Sales Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-office counseling sessions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
3. Communicate effectively to prospective students and their parents, the value of our products and services.
4. Provide timely and responsive support to students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
5. Utilise MS Office and Google Workspace to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales tactics.
7. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
