About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design & Branding
- Create social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Maintain consistency with TaptoHello's brand guidelines in all designs.
- Design compelling marketing collaterals presentations, brochures, email templates, and landing pages.

2. Motion Graphics & Video Editing
- Develop GIFs, animated stories, reels, and video snippets for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to drive engagement.
- Enhance videos with text overlays, transitions, and animations.

3. Social Media Content Creation
- Design interactive and engaging Instagram Stories, Polls, and Carousels.
- Create templates for product showcases, customer testimonials, and feature highlights.
- Ideate and execute campaign visuals aligned with trending aesthetics.

4. Ad Creatives for Performance Marketing
- Design high-converting Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube ad creatives.
- Optimize assets based on A/B testing insights and engagement analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve CTR and conversion rates.

5. UI/UX Support
- Work alongside developers to ensure smooth UI/UX for HelloStore & HelloMall.
- Provide visual assets for landing pages, app screens, and email campaigns.

Adobe After Effects Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Illustrator Adobe Indesign Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro CorelDRAW UI & UX Design

Other requirements

Skills:

- Experience in fashion, eCommerce, or D2C brands.

- Strong portfolio of social media creatives, GIFs, and short videos.

- Understanding of performance-driven ad creatives for digital marketing.

- Creative mindset with trend-spotting skills in visual storytelling.

Key Skills & Tools:

- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut

- Social Media: Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts

- Basic analytics understanding: engagement tracking, A/B testing

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
